Customer Care

Our mission is to bring the enchantment that a work of art can provide to the environment. Comfort, joy and state of mind are sensations that these works can provide us. Arentela means "Art on canvas" in a condensed and improvised way. It is a fancy name created by the artist Mauricio Tada, founder of the store. "My desire is to bring joy and happiness to your environments".  

Privacy & Security

We care about the privacy of your data and the security of your transactions. For this reason, this site uses, both for the processing of information and transactions, only services assured by renowned servers and certified to these types of services.  

Guarantee

Our works have a 5-year warranty as long as: 1) they are stored indoors, without exposure to direct sunlight and rain; 2) stored in places with temperatures between 10°C and 40°C; 3) not be stored in damp places such as bathrooms for baths, swimming pools, saunas etc; 4) cleaning should only be carried out with a dry mop - do not rub cloths. The warranty does not cover damage incurred in moving, transporting, accidental collisions, etc.

Returns

Returns by default will follow the Brazilian consumer code. However, it is far from our goal to have a dissatisfied customer. We will do everything to solve any problem aiming at customer satisfaction. Contact us to know the procedure.

International delivery

For international purchases, please contact us to find out the shipping cost. Please note that additional costs such as customs duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
